Vitol(Algasco)

  • Vitol is a global energy and commodities company which has traded LNG for 20 years. It is expanding its presence globally and, last year, traded over 17 million tonnes of LNG worldwide. 
  • It is also one of the world’s leading providers of bunker fuels, through its subsidiary Vitol Bunkers. It is therefore uniquely positioned to provide multi fuel and decarbonization solutions to its customers globally.
  • Vitol has secured three LNG Bunkering Vessels (“LNGBV”) through its shipping company, Vitol International Shipping Pte Ltd (“VIS”).

Asiko

Asiko Energy provides clean energy solutions to the Nigerian market using propane, LPG and LNG.

  • The Company is involved in the supply, trading, storage, and distribution of gas as well as generation of captive power.
  • the Company has also embarked on the construction of a 13,200MT LNG terminal at Ijora, Lagos where LNG will be received and then distributed to customers via trucks. The terminal is scheduled for completion in Q2 2026.

Mangal

  • Mangal Industries Limited is a Nigerian company involved in cement production and various manufacturing sectors. It’s part of the Amara Raja Group and has a 3 million metric tonne per annum cement plant in Kogi State, Nigeria. 
  • It’s cement factory need up to 38MMMsc/d for its cement kiln and to generate captive power for its cement plant.
  • It also has other manufacturing plant in Northern Nigeria and seeks to displace diesel with natural gas as fuel for power generation.
