• Identified Gas Supplier & Commenced Due Diligence: Initiated in Q3 2023 and concluded by Q4 2023.

• Partnership with Equipment Suppliers: Established in Q4 2023.

Project Development (2024 – 2025)

• License to Establish (LTE) from NMDPRA: Secured in Q1 2024.

• Execution of GSPA and LNG Offtake Agreements: Completed between Q1–Q2 2025.

• Engineering Design (FEED & DED): Conducted from Q2 2024 to Q2 2026.

• Project Funding: Secured between Q2 2025 and Q2 2026.

Procurement and Construction (2025 – 2026)

• Procurement and Fabrication: Conducted from Q2 2025 to Q2 2026.

• Civil Works, Construction, and Installations: Implemented from Q2 2025 to Q3 2026.

• Commissioning and Training: Executed from Q3 2026 to Q4 2026.

Initial Operations (2026 – 2027)

• Plant Start-Up and Reliability Run: Scheduled for Q4 2026 through Q2 2027.

Full Operations (2027)

• Plant Handover and Full Operations Commencement: Planned for Q3 2027, marking the project milestone.
